I don’t know, to me, it’s just not cool. Ok, I know. I’m guilty of doing it as well, but I’m working on it. Once you talk behind someone’s back, other’s join in, and it’s like this vicious attack on that one person. Everything bad about that person is said and everyone goes around to have their turn. Just imagine if they overheard you. What if they heard you, and cried? Tried to inflict pain on themselves? 

It’s not fun for them okay, so stop.

If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all.

Don’t settle for less.

Don’t let desperation be the reason for the lowering of your expectation. There are far too many mediocre things out there that will try to dictate your action, and making a fool out of yourself in an attempt to please someone shouldn’t be one of them.

I want to get better before I get any worse.
I want to help people.
Rather than viewing this as a crippling experience, I want to learn from it and help others.

I just want everyone to feel loved.
But I’m just one person.
I’m going to do my best. 

Can I just hug all of those people who feel like life is not worth living simply because of their looks.

I don’t think people understand what it feels like to be so fucked up in the head thanks to the world we live in with the society that is killing even 9 year olds. People sit there and type hateful comments on their phones or computers and think nothing of the way it effects someone on the other end of that comment. Honestly i wouldn’t be starving myself very day to be skinny if i didn’t that the idea already in my brain. Girls and guys suffer with anorexia nervosa and/or bulimia nervosa, not because they want to have a high risk of dying or lose their hair, or grow hair all over their bodies to try and stay warm. It’s because of you, the ones tell us how imperfect we are on a daily bases, the ones saying you need to be a size 0-2 to look hot.
